LBW TURF RULES

• LBW Turf provides slots given by the venue and bears no responsibility for usage of the facility that extends past the Government guidelines.
• LBW Turf is not responsible for any direct or indirect, for any loss, damage or injury to property or person in connection to the provided services by the facility
• If more than 18 players on one pitch, it will be counted as a tournament and rates will be different.
• No water and food allowed from outside. Additional royalty charges applicable if any water or food is got from Outside.
• Additional royalty charges applicable on DJ and Sound or live YouTube.
• Additional electricity charges applicable if any equipment got by the customers consumes electricity.
• Event and tournament charges will be different which will be given as a separate quotation. Pls contact site manager for the same.
• Wear appropriate sports attire and shoes while playing.

Cancellation Policy

• Non Refundable if cancellation is made less than 15 days from the slot start time.
• 90% Refundable if cancellation is made 15 days before the slot start time.
